As a mother of four and a chef I am constantly trying new ways to make treats healthy. My family has a history of gluten sensitivities and blood sugar problems so I was playing around with grain free baking when I stumbled upon what is now our Boulder Chocolate Chip Cookie. I knew I was on to something when my kids preferred my new creation over any other cookie out there. Already running another dinner service business kept me quite busy so I decided to test them with my clients and they were a big hit. It became quite obvious Boulder Cookie would turn into a business! There is a hole in the gluten free market for nutritious vegan baked goods and we are excited to be offering such a healthy and nutrient dense cookie to you!
